I am Gillian and I love supporting women in living their best life. Prior to my personal development journey, I was a stressed out, often-depressed, due to my struggles with a chronic illness. I felt disconnected and confused most of the time with who I was and what I really wanted out of life. I needed to find my purpose.
I understand how it feels to have no desire to want to get out of bed in the mornings. And to be completely overwhelmed. From the outside looking in, it appeared as if I have the perfect life. However I felt lost and empty inside.
Nobody should have to consistently experience feeling lonely, stressed or uninspired by what they do. Like you, I had this experience for years and thought that’s how life was supposed to be.
I’m here to share with you that it’s NOT.
LIFE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO FIND AND BE WHO WE REALLY ARE. LET GO OF WHAT WE PERCEIVE WE HAVE TO BE.

I’ve always been passionate about helping women with their health, wellness, and lifestyle struggles. However, after dealing with my personal health struggles I am even more determined to help women get unstuck and heal from chronic illnesses, so they can live their best life.
Nutrition and lifestyle changes have helped me tremendously, and I know they will help you too.

What can a Health and Life coach do for me?
A health and life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path. I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward in your long term goals.
What kind of commitment do I need to make?
Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their health and life coach. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.
How do we get started?
The first step is to schedule an Discovery session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be moving forward.
